The author submits a unique not prior published manuscript which is not under consideration in other journals.

- Application for Publication of an Article in Scientific Reviewed Journal “Siberian Law Review”. Application with data concerning the surname, name, middle name, science degree, academic title, position and place of work (no abbreviations are used). When in coauthorship the application is filled in for each author;
- text of the article formatted according to all of the rules;
- scanned copy of the licensed contract.

- The board reserves the right to reject publishing an article if it doesn’t meet the journal’s requirements and themes or if not all the materials are included. The editorial board is authorized to send an article for review. The terms and regulations of reviewing are given in section Regulations on reviewing.
- The author is informed about confirmation of the materials received and within a about the decision to publish them. After receiving a positive answer the author sends original documents (licensed contract) to the address: Korolenko 12, Omsk, 644010, Russia.
In order to improve the quality of published materials, all submitted papers (scientific articles, reviews, reports) are reviewed and also checked by the system “AntiPlagiat”. Only original articles that were not previously published and not pending in other publications are accepted for consideration.
The article submitted for publication must be relevant, original, contain statement of problems, description of the main research results obtained by the Author, conclusions.
The article is provided in an electronic form in the formats supported by Microsoft Word version 2007 and higher (doc, docx, rtf) to the editorial E-mail (email@example.com).
The total volume of the article have 10–15 pages.
Before the text of the article UDK is indicated.
Centered at the top of the sheet is the title of the article in Russian and English in Times New Roman font, size 14 pt. Furthermore – information about the author (without abbreviations, also in Russian and English): name, patronymic (second name), surname, position, academic degree, academic title, place of work, E-mail address, postal address (work and home). The author must specify the contact phone number.
Further it is necessary to place the abstract and keywords to the article in Russian and English. The abstract should laconically and informatively disclose the main content of the article and the results of the research. It is not allowed to rephrase the title of the article, as well as the use of common words. The volume of the annotation is from 100 to 250 words. Keywords (5-10 words or phrases) should also reflect the main content of the article.
Below the line is the main text of the article, which is typed in Times New Roman font size 14 pt. The line spacing is one and a half. The indentation is 1.25 cm. The margins of the page in all directions are 2 cm. Hyphenation does not apply.
Reference mark include links to unscientific information sources (normative legal acts, judicial acts, rules, standards, patent documents, reports, the media, Internet resources, etc.). Formed as notes moved from the text down the page, with end-to-end numbering.
The list of References should contain references to the scientific sources of information mentioned in the text of the article. The recommended volume is from 5 to 15 sources. The list is given at the end of the article, arranged in alphabetical order and numbered. Only one source of information should be indicated in one item of the list. The text of the article provides references to the required number of the bibliographic record from the compiled list, which are given in square brackets. If the reference to the source of information in the text of the article occurs several times, then in square brackets its number from the list (without any changes to the bibliography itself). In the case of direct quotation, the page number is always indicated (for example: [1, page 25], [1, pp. 59-60]). Do not duplicate footnotes in the list of references.
All sources are made in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of compilation” and carefully verified.
Transliteration and translation of the list of literature (References). Transliteration is performed according to the BSI standard. A transliterated Latin source name with a parallel indication of its translation into English in square brackets is given. The order of sources should correspond to the Russian-language literature.
Formulas, figures, tables. Simple inline and single-line formulas, as well as drawings and tables should be typed without the use of special editors. Figures and formulas are attached to the article in JPEG format.
Not allowed in all the above elements of the article:
- set by modifying the font “all uppercase";
- bold inscription;
- the presence of two or more spaces in a row;
- indentation by spaces and a tab character;
- soft transfer;
- sparse or compressed font.
If the article does not comply with the requirements for registration and / or content as decided by the editorial board, the article is rejected, which the author is informed by e-mail.
The authors of the materials are responsible for the accuracy of the information used in the texts.
